Each restaurant offers a unique experience but all provide impeccable service, use locally grown produce whenever possible, including home-grown fruits and vegetables from the in-house organic gardens, and locally sourced freshly caught seafood daily from local fishermen, as well as preparing dishes innovatively to maximise flavour and nutrition. The Asian-fusion restaurant, Noble House, offers a sophisticated dining experience in an intimate setting with a romantic atmosphere provided by candlelit tables available both indoors and al fresco.
The Mauritian restaurant Segala provides an introduction to Mauritian cuisine and culture with native local dishes, drinks and traditional dance performances. Contemporary Indian cuisine is available at the Veda Restaurant; salads, sandwiches and delectable burgers are served for lunch or dinner at the Palms restaurant and international cuisine is offered for breakfast and dinner at the Senso Restaurant which also features themed evenings with Indian, Italian, and Arabic fare among others.
