The Palmeraie Hotel is located at Belle Mare Plage in the bay of Palmar in the eastern part of Mauritius It is built in Moorish type architecture, complete with arches, a massive wooden entrance and cast iron appliances. The Moorish theme is fully reflected in the 60 rooms and suites,
which are arranged on 3 floors and grouped around the inner court or "Ryadh". They are furnished with great care for detaileach featuring a king size or twin beds. A romantic atmosphere prevails, making the hotel the ideal haven for couples and honeymooners.
