The meals at the restaurant are served in the shelter of the vast terrace of the main restaurant, ‘Le Bois d’Ebène’, which defines the attractive local architecture, overlooking the pool and lagoon. The exotic and refined cuisine offers a variety of Creole dishes with a slight European touch.  Vegetable organic, are from the garden and seafood fresh from the lagoon. The new beach restaurant ‘Le Casier’ on the beach and the beach bar ‘Poss Pesser’ offers variety of fresh seafood and exotic cocktails.
